Two years ago, Finland launched an ambitious program on bioeconomy, with the aim of creating 100 000 new jobs and increasing the turnover of bioeconomy from €60 to €100 billion by the year 2025. The Finnish Government has recognized bioeconomy and clean technologies as one of the spearheads in its governmental program. A Nordic cooperation would benefit our actions and activities in the global export markets where competition is fierce.
